Your Competencies

Video Editing & Content Creation: Hands-on experience in recording, editing, and producing high-quality media content (video, audio demos, tutorials, UGC) tailored for digital channels.
Music Production: Strong background and practical experience in music production, with a passion for music software, virtual instruments, and audio plugins.
Monthly Budget Management: Tracking and managing recurring budgets, ensuring spend stays aligned with campaign costs and collaborator commitments.
Social Media Operations: Practical experience in developing and executing data-driven social media strategies, managing campaign performance and keeping up with digital marketing trends.
Collaborator Relations: Ability to build and maintain relationships with external collaborators, including creative briefing, agreement, and budget handling.
Languages: Fluent English is strictly required; good German skills are a plus.
Location: Based in and working from Europe (ideally in Germany, preferably in the greater Bremen area for regular hybrid office work, though remote from Europe is also possible).
